Welcome to Franklin Township

The Franklin Township Fire Prevention Officer is a paid part-time position appointed by the Township Board of Trustees. The primary responsibility of the Fire Prevention Officer is to enforce any and all state and EPA regulations. In carrying out this function the Fire Prevention Officer will conduct on-site inspections, investigate complaints, and impose any violations.
